Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Studio Access

Core sprite slicing, optical stabilization, frame filmstrip editing, and standard animation exports are offered free of charge. No payment is required for standard usage.

2. Paid Tiers & Subscriptions

If premium batch processing or cloud synchronization plans are purchased, customers may request a 100% full refund within 14 days of purchase if dissatisfied with the service.

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please send your order receipt to billing@planckstudio.in. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.
