You retain full ownership of all sprites, images, and animations uploaded or processed using Sprite2GIF. PlanckStudio claims no ownership rights over your art assets.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

Sprite2GIF is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive for 100% precision in optical alignment and frame export, PlanckStudio is not liable for data loss or visual artifacts resulting from processing.
